Paige was AMAZING! She’s very knowledgeable, personable, patient and her communication skills are top tier. She was super informative about all of the important details on the property. The property was well kept and everyone was super hospitable! I would love to live at this property with Paige running the office! If she was selling bones, I’d buy it, that’s how great she was 🤣💕

A heads up for people looking: This review is out of my own volition, NOT part of any giveaway or raffle. Just my honest opinion which can be hard to find with apartment reviews in DFW.

I've had a great experience with Lenox Cooper so far. Melissa walked me through everything when I toured and answered every question I had. Paige is great as well. The nice thing is that the people in the leasing office remember you by name and greet you when they see you which I like.

The complex itself is pretty nice. I don't see a lot of trash or anything. If something is to happen with the gates and stuff, they are prompt in letting the residents know and it has been fixed fairly quick since I've been here. It's a bit noisy at night but Cooper street is busy so keep that in mind. I have a parking garage so I can't speak on parking much but my parents don't have a hard time parking when they visit.

When I first moved in, I had a bit of a pest problem. Some of that you can't control with community living BUT what I can say is that no matter what I needed, Melissa made sure it happened. Pest control came out that following Monday and the 2 maintenance requests I've submitted so far got fixed if not same day, the day after. It's nice knowing there's urgency with things like that.

I'm excited for the rest of my stay here and it's a great place to make your first home.

Living in Lennox Cooper has been about as good of experience as I could get. The apartment is sleek and modern. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues I may have and the front desk is always helpful, attentive and kind.

I am absolutely in love with my apartment complex! I moved in just two months ago, and after exploring various luxury apartments, it was clear that this one was the cream of the crop! From the stunning amenities to the amazing ambiance, everything feels so fresh and inviting. The spacious apartments are like a dream come true! The gym is fabulous—seriously, who wouldn’t want to work out with a view of the sparkling pool? Plus, the work-from-home office areas are perfect for productivity! They are actually luxury apartments, not just new or saying that because they updated one amenity.
Reasonable rent rates.
Close to everything, even though there is traffic (it's Cooper).
Expedient and attentive maintenance team.
Resolve issues thoroughly and effectively with tenants in mind.
They are also amazing at hosting events and getting the community involved with itself.
Keep the grounds well maintained and they keep the gate working. Great amenities.

Shout out to Carrie Dodds who was welcoming and straightforward, when we were initially applying she kept us in the loop and we never felt mishandled or surprised.
Stephanie has kept this up and is always good at resolving issues, maintaining great communication, and being efficient and accurate with documentation.
Melissa has been there since the start as well and is always super fun to talk to, very down to earth, and knows how to help tenants either by directing us, offering guidance, making a call, or getting us connected to whatever or whoever we need.
The maintenance team, Damian and Marcos, great guys, know their stuff. It's new construction so there are always kinks but these two usually already know the issue when reading the ticket or over the phone and handle it great. Quick and thorough.

They have all been very nice and helpful. The manager was who helped me move in remembered me from months before when I came to see the apartments. They are very well kept and they care for our issues as soon as they can. I appreciate good management and great maintenance.
