I had a great experience with Rider Property Management! My one bedroom place in Boulder, Wyo. was amazing and had the best sunsets one could ask for along the banks of the New Fork River. I am an out of state owner and Rider Property Management has been managing my investment property since I first purchased. Their service and attention to detail has saved me lots of $$$. They have always been able to quickly rent my property to good paying tenants. I having nothing but praise for their service and highly recommend them as property managers and landlords. I can only assume that any negative ratings is due to the ignorance of the individual or are just a scam. I started renting from TD Real Estate a little under a year ago. My main contact was Milissa Rider. Her and her team has made things very convenient. Everyone may run into issues depending on how long their stay is at a rental property. As for my experience, an issue came up a week or so into my stay. From the moment, I reported the issue to Milissa and her team they resolved the issue quickly and eliminated any discomfort I may have had about past dealings with property management companies. Every company may have their faults, but as of yet I haven’t found one yet in the past company that Milissa was a part of nor the current company "Rider Property Management" that she is trying to build.

Best property manager in the state. After being in the property management business for 13 years, I can tell you Rider Property management is who you want on your side. I am looking at all the reviews, and I see angry tenants which is normal! As a landlord you want someone who will be fare and on you side. 5 STARS indeed.
