We rented two temperature-controlled units for almost 18 months to store our furniture and household goods while our house was being built. The buildings are very clean with no trace of bugs or vermin. Good security with lots of cameras. The temperature and humidity is perfectly controlled. All our items came out of storage exactly as they went in. No damage from being stored for that long. The prices are worth the drive out to Black Earth from Madison. Easy automatic payments and the owner responds very quickly to inquiries. Our deposit was returned in a timely manner. Would definitely rent storage here again.

Great experience with Black Earth Storage! Our furniture and other items were stored securely and it was great being able to have easy access if we needed anything. The units were very clean with no issues! The owner was very helpful, and always answered calls/emails very quickly! I would definitely recommend!

We had the best experience renting from Black Earth Storage. Communication was fast and easy and the unit was clean. We had one of the smaller units but it has super high ceilings so we were able to stand the couch and mattresses up and get a lot more in them we thought! Will definitely rent from them again should the need arise! Highly highly recommend.

Just emptied our unit. Have been there for a lot of years but moved to house with more space so didn't need extra storage space. Great to work with. Auto pay so you set it up and don't have to worry about paying on time.

I used the climate controlled indoor storage and it was a great facility. It was very clean and easy to access. If there are any issues the owners are on hand 24/7 and will get it taken care of quickly. Good prices and nice people.

We rented two climate controlled units from this company for one year. The owners were very responsive to our needs and watchful of their property. It is in a very secure part of Black Earth. The units are clean, well ventilated and there was no sign of pests on the property. They were a pleasure to work with.
