We moved to Wisconsin Rapids pretty abruptly, and Patrick and his wife, along with his sister, who was doing part-time work for the company at the time, worked with my partner to get us into a home ASAP and were extremely accommodating and kind during what is often considered (moving) as one of the most stressful things you can go through.

We have been here about 4 years now and Goodness Properties has gone out of its way to do its best to address and resolve any maintenance issues we have had in the home; ranging from replacing the upstairs toilet to a higher flow one, flushing out the drain in the basement that was flooding so that it wouldn't (and has not ever flooded again)—replacing massive windows in a dining nook off the pantry that was custom and Amish-built.

Most recently we had our washer and dryer break and when we put in our maintenance requests they were swift in addressing it, they fixed the washing machine which is running superbly now, and replaced our broken dryer with one that works.

No tenant or landlord is perfect, but this is by far the best experience I have had as a renter and I am very grateful to Goodness Properties for all they have done for us and for continuing to foster a respectful and courteous relationship with us and many other tenants.

I am relocating to Rapids and familiar with the area. Finally, after trying to call several times I got a call from the property manager. She told me I was first in line for two different rental homes on 5-9. She sent me the application and I returned it. I text her three simple questions on 5-13. Never got a response. Ask her to call me several times via phone and email. It was always, so sorry haven't got back to you or been really busy. She emailed me at one time, yes, I will call you are you available to talk, I replied yes! she never called. That was on 5-20. Her last email to me on 5-23 was yes, I will call, and once again no call, still to this day she's never called or emailed. I had told her I would send the full deposit/hold. I can't imagine this is how you do business.

I lived several years in two different Goodness Properties. You won’t find a better rental than from the Goodness Properties. They are not slumlords. Whenever I had even the smallest issue, they were on top of it immediately. I will never forget our little yellow house in Wisconsin Rapids. The best place I’ve ever lived.

Very Pleasant. I reached out about a 3 bedroom and got a reply right away. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was an easy and quick process to apply and consider moving forward with a new home. New management is a delight to work with during this normally stressful time.

Try to call them several times regarding a property . Never received a call, finally just gave up. I dont know if they dont like to rent to "outsiders" ( I stated in my messages we are relocating) or if they are not a legit property company. Red flag when a property company doesn't call you back.

I just came from the Facebook post about one of the tenants and how the lease is. About pulling weeds and stuff this type of bad publicity doesn’t look good specially when the ceo of the company goes toe to toe with the tenant not really reassuring with people that are looking for a home to rent. Well is just my opinion

They NEVER answer tired for 2 years never gets calls back it's like a voicemail that's not listened to. Got to see 1 properties 2 years ago and the people decided to stay living there... soo... no point in showing it till people are out.

In contacting this company it took forever for responses and it always seemed in her response that she was too busy to take a look at the application. Not professional at all!!!!
