Inquired about a property through VRBO. Asked very reasonable questions like how close are neighbors, do they have boat rental recommendations, and does the home have AC. Kimberly, the owner, responded by telling me she doesn’t have time to “hold my hand” through the process. My family and I have been vacationing in up north wisconsin for decades and have always felt welcome. After getting a very rude response and none of my questions answered I called the business and Kimberly was the only one working. Kimberly swore at me and was beyond unprofessional. I will leave screenshots of the conversation for you to judge for yourself. Hopefully they upload in order.

Beware of Kimberly Saeman and do not rent or use Rental Property Solutions of WI. If she reacted this way towards a possible renter’s questions imagine how she’d respond if you called her during your vacation with issues or questions about your rental home.

Tried rent a vrbo property from them.. they used my booking to drive up the price.. they claimed my information didn't come through.. didn't even contact me to let me know that.. shady if you ask me
