After last year’s drought, we decided to invest in an underground sprinkler system. I contacted Green Lawn for an estimate since their website contained detailed information about the professional installation services of their system. I received a prompt response from Adam and he came to provide a quote within a few days. Adam was thorough in explaining the installation process and made suggestions designed specifically for our property.

The Green Lawn crew arrived ahead of schedule and completed the install of our system within a matter of hours. The experience and workmanship of the crew was evident and the lawn was left in great condition after the project was completed. Bryce, the team lead, explained how to operate the controller for the system which offers various options for the different zones of your property and provides water usage efficiency.

Another notable aspect of this company is their customer service. One section of the installation could not be completed that day because we had scheduled other work to be done first. When we contacted Adam to let him know he could send one of his crew to complete the job, he actually showed up himself that very same day despite his busy schedule. The quality of their workmanship and service is outstanding and they will continue to maintain the system when needed. Thank you!!

Timely service from office staff to the installation crew! Our underground sprinkler system was installed with our unique requests in mind. They took the time to listen to our needs for our garden and we are very pleased with the system. It’s been easy to set various zones/times and has been an asset to keeping our new lawn thriving!

I rarely write a review, however this company gets a 5 star stellar review from me !!!! After purchasing my lakehouse 3 years ago, the previous owner had left the lawn and beddings in poor shape. I don’t do many reviews, but this deserved one… so here’s what I have to say about Green Lawn.

Green Lawn recently came to install our system on a 1/2 acre lot. I had previously contacted 3 other contractors to do the work, but Green Lawn was the first with not only a prompt reply to my inquiry, but also with someone out for a quote. They were able to get us scheduled and did a fantastic job fielding questions I had along the way. On the day of install, the crew showed up promptly at 8am. A walkthrough was done before work began to make sure we were on the same page with placement of the control box, rough zone placement, how many zones, valve box placement etc…

We ran into an issue with water pressure (not a surprise where we live, it’s been an issue), but the crew made the necessary changes to their plans for my property to ensure I would still be able to get the proper coverage. We had to add a few more zones than originally planned, but for me it’s no big deal. I much prefer to have an extra 40-50 minutes of watering time on a few extra zones than to drag a hose throughout the yard all day any longer. Their flexibility and skilled adaption to this issue deserves applaud.

The crew was not only obviously skilled and knowledgeable at what they do, but they did it with efficiency, and the utmost courtesy of my property. We’ve had contractors do work at our house that I cannot say that for, but Green Lawn’s crew made sure they were careful with the machinery they were using, and they cleaned up after their work was done very well. I did two walk through a of the lawn after they left, and I did not see a single piece of plastic, paper, or any tools left behind. This is a huge plus for me.

Once the system was installed, I was given a walkthrough of how the system was set up (zones/heads), how the control box and app worked, shown all the components, and how to adjust my heads. I was given the necessary keys to make my own adjustments and lock my control box.

Overall, Green Lawn greatly exceeded my expectations and have given us the ability to regain a lot of our personal time back when it comes to our lawn care, and for that I am very thankful. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future for system upkeep (shutdown and startup in autumn/spring).

Excellent experience with this company and their crew. We had a sprinkler pump fail, and wanted some upgrades. Everyone in their crew was helpful, efficient, and really went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and at a very good price too! Recommend them highly, and will happily use them again if I ever need to expand further.

One day after coming out to start the sprinkler and service the system parts flew off causing water to gush out onto my house for hours as we were out of town. After a couple of calls they came out a couple of days later and fixed it without charge.
