I have rented from JR Vacation Rentals since 2006. I will never forget how they found me a wonderful property at 5:00 on a Saturday night in August. I just arrived to find that the house I had rented for 3 years had burned to the ground and I was never notified. It it wasn't for JR, I would have been big time out out of luck since I had a dog. I never have to worry about the place I am renting or the condition of it. They are always clean and ready and if there are any issues, JR immediately takes care of them. I have never had any problems with their customer service. They are always helpful and friendly.

We have been using JR Rentals for several years now in the summer and have always enjoyed our rentals. They have been accomodating for after hours check ins and outs as we are driving in about 5 hours. They have been accessible by phone as well during our stays if needed, and are pleasant and easy to work with. We are on our way in today for a Winter stay for the first time!

We have been renting JR managed properties for years now. Always clean and well kept, never a screw up with the reservation, always lovely to deal with. The only time we required maintenance on a gas fireplace it was handled right away even though they could have easily deferred thIs non emergency service. No credit cards are accepted; quaint finding an envelope and a stamp.

My husband and I rented a condo/duplex with our 2 small dogs. This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever rented and felt that it was a great price. My only complaint is that I wish the booking process was more updated.

Our Family had a great week at our rental. Everything was very clean and the house was exactly what our family needed. The kitchen was stocked very well with everything that we could of ever needed. The property was lovely, the home was very cozy. We will definitely be renting again.

This will be our third year renting through JR Vacation Rentals. They originally helped us find, what has turned out to be, the perfect place for our family.

A little less convenient than VRBO or Airbnb, you must mail in checks and paperwork, but the rentals are very nice and you end up getting a better deal. Communication is easy through email and they are staffed if you have a problem during your stay.

Do not stay with this company. We rented a house and called about water accesss across the road. The people across the street were not happy we used the said path and the gentlemen pulled a gun and pointed at me and my children. We called the cops and the rental company and they said they had no other available rentals and they had talked with the deputies and he had calmed down and we could go back. What a joke.....we drove 7 hrs and now have nowhere to stay. But hey he is calmed down take your children back like nothing happend. They did say they would give us a full refund......but a ruined vacation.
