Signature Properties was extremely communicative and came to help when we had a problem with the TV (thanks Julie!) The little snack bowl was an added welcoming touch. We were very comfortable in the condo. The unit is actually bigger than it appears in the photos. It was extremely clean and the kitchen has everything you can think of. Loved the decorating. The balcony furniture was solid and comfortable.

We rented a condo from Signature Properties in April of 2023.
We were informed shortly before our arrival that the A/C was not working and thankfully they had another condo we could use until it was. The condo we were moved to is over 1000 sq ft smaller and 25 years older than the condo we reserved. We asked for a nominal refund to offset the difference in condos and inconvenience of moving mid week and were denied. After informing the management company that our review would reflect this situation, we were offered a $25 parking pass credit. I would not recommend this management company as you cannot trust they will do the right thing if something goes wrong.

We stayed at a property that they manage and had wonderful communication. There was one minor maintenance issue and Maintenance was there within 10 minutes. We will definitely come back.

Julie from Signature Properties is a gem. We were having booking problems and she took care of it for us.There was an issue with an appliance and it was fixed in less than 24 hours!! ?
