Jen at The Wills Agency helped me and my dog Poppy find the absolute perfect home for us (including the perfect yard for Poppy, of course). Throughout the searching process, Jen helped guide me on my first home purchase. She listened to what I wanted but also pushed me to look at things I wouldn't have initially looked at, just to gather information about what I liked and didn't like, which was a helpful part of the process. When it was time to write offers, I could count on her to help walk me through the offer process, explaining all the pieces that needed to be included, and get the offer in on time.

Ultimately, she helped me get my house for $10k less than I originally was willing to bid by walking me through market comparisons to settle on a fair bid. Once my offer was accepted, things happened quickly! The rest of the team then helped coordinate everything that needed to happen before closing. I worked with their preferred lender, Guild Mortgage, which made things run smoothly because they had a good relationship and were able to keep things organized throughout the entire process (e.g., getting pre-approval letters for offers, closing on time). I never felt abandoned or unsure of what was next, which I appreciated as a first-time buyer.

Once I closed, Jen has checked in several times, which I love. I feel like I'm part of the family now. When I move again, I'll definitely be going back to The Wills Agency.
