I love this place! I’ve been here 2 years with my mom and it’s such an amazing quiet safe environment. The staff are super friendly especially Janice. Everyone is really respectful and courteous of all ethnicities and genders! The pool and hot tub are the best spot to hangout at and socialize and the internet is FIBER OPTIC so perfect for telecommuting and gaming! Highly recommend this place for sure!

We moved here Friday and we absolutely love it ! My husband and I are retired and always dreamed of living at the beach. The apartments are beautiful and the office staff are super sweet and personable. I especially love that it’s quiet, tons of storage place, of all the apartments that lived in, this is by far my favorite. The amenities are beyond great. I still feel like I’m on vacation. I’d must definitely recommend living here.

I cannot give this place and people praise enough. These apartments are BEAUTIFUL. We had the “Boardwalk” floor plan and that balcony is to die for. Janice and her teams attention to everything in this complex is stellar. We are very sad to leave but highly highly highly recommend Regency.

Warning...if you don't like to be spoiled, then this is not the place for you.
Living here has been the best decision we have made. The staff are like my extended family, with that said, they are always professional. View of the pool and 2 hot tubs. Our view from our balcony. Each Night is different.

We love this place! The stuff in the office is so wonderful and nice! The building is beautiful, the gym, the pool is working already. Apartment is so amazing: tile in the bathrooms, white cabinets, big closets, extra storage next to unit, washer and dryer! It’s definitely the best on the island. I’m so happy we found this place! Every neighbors are friendly and nice. Our previous place didn’t let us to have a cat. Here I feel every single apartment has dog or cat? We pay just rent and electricity, the rest is included.

Beautiful apartments. Great staff...this property is new and offers all utilities except electric. That means Cable and Internet, water, sewer, valet trash, and pest control for very affordable prices.

I Love living here! 5 minutes to the beautiful beaches. Safe and secure with great staff. Plenty of parking and 5 minute walk to a fabulous trail, Walmart, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful neighbors all around.
