Stay AWAY! I have been several times and this time mailed a package to my daughter in Austin. It didn’t arrive. I checked the tracking and package was still sitting in their store. No one called or anything. They told me I owed an additional $10 after the $22 I paid because my daughter rec the package. While on phone with UPS, UPS stated they never charged the postal place $10. I asked for the $22 back they said just take your package. Poor customer service to a repeated customer.

We've never had one single problem here, the bad reviews are clearly from entitled people who don't know how to deal with other humans. Each time I've come to this place I'm greeted and treated very well. The older gentleman talks, and is very friendly..Each person I've come in contact with has been great! They've all helped me with shipping cost. No complaints this way. Keep up the good work!!

Lights on but door locked during open hours. No BRB sign, so went elsewhere. Just put a sign on the door saying BRB. Don't just lock and disappear.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I’ve used this place for almost a year now and they are so friendly. Management/owner runs a great friendly business. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing an additional mailbox. I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and neither should you. I’m very happy with the services they’ve provided me and will be signing up for another year
