They do not want to sell you land. Incredible. I simply wanted to know where exactly a property is located. I asked nearly three weeks ago. I am having flash backs to 9 years ago when I had the same trouble begging agents to show properties. It’s like pulling teeth. We finally were able to buy. We have since sold it. ON OUR OWN for the same reason. How do you pay your bills if you don’t do your job? I’ve never seen anything like the lazy agents in this state. Good grief.

Terrible listing practices, lies, and hidden information.
They misrepresented a property and cost me a 12hr one way drive and hundreds of dollars to come look at a house that was not listed correctly. I found numerous other listings misrepresented and discrepancies with this company. I'm sure Harrison, Arkansas has better realtors to do business with. I would highly recommend talking with someone more knowledgeable and trustworthy than Goodman Realty.
