Working with Dani was a great experience! It started when I casually told her I was looking for a rental property with pretty specific requirements. I didn’t think she’d find something, and certainly not in ONE DAY. Yep, within one day Dani found a house which checked all the boxes and she was able to show me the property the very next morning. The property was exactly what I was looking for so I made an offer. The offer was accepted and I had a quick and painless 10x day close. Her attention to detail was meticulous throughout the closing process which made it comfortable and easy.

In fact, this was the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever made. I have to attribute this to Dani and her expertise. She was extremely knowledgeable about this volatile market which helped me negotiate the terms and made the process simple. She was realistic and I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind the entire time. I would give Dani 10 Stars if I could. I was a little apprehensive about spending money on preparing my home for sale but I followed Dani's guidance and my home sold for more than I was expecting! When multiple offers came in, Dani took the time to explain the different offers, the pros/cons of each allowing me to make an informed decision. She even ensured I had a formal backup offer in case something happened with the contingencies. I would recommend Dani to anyone selling their home.

Dani was the best. She worked with us for quite a while as we sold a property in a foreign country and it took a long time. She listened and found us a great property It wasn’t easy as my husband is disabled and there were certain things that we needed. She stayed with us and found the right property for us. I can’t say enough good things about her.
