Star Rentals Property Management is the very best property management company in Vacaville. They go above and beyond their duty to make sure maintenance requests are taken care of right away. I've rented from them for 13 years and I haven't ever had a problem. Qui and Jill are awesome to work with.

Office staff gives good phone, initially. HORRIBLE customer service. Had to personally DEAL with one of their properties and CRIMINAL tenants......They don't DO background checks .....and don't care about WHO they place...Just want their 10%. They let the properites go and don't inform the homeowners of what's going on! If you are a property owner, DO NOT USE THEM! They are a HORRIBLE company. HORRIBLE for anyone with a property they manage that is in your neighborhood, AND if you are a tenant. AVOID at all cost. HORRIBLE!! Do not deserve to be in business!

For the most part all the staff other than Jill are pushy and only out for money. They barely get anything done in the rental properties and on move out try to find any way they can to take your deposit.
