I was very happy with the property management services that Leigh Smyth of Arroyo Property Management, provided for my condo in Alhambra.
She helped me with the process of signing up for her services.
Her services were very reasonably priced.
She found the perfect tenants for the rental.
She was very professional, thorough and well connected to other service providers that were needed for work that needed to be done at the condo.
She responded to all communication in a timely manner and always provided additional information that was very helpful to me as a person who was new to the landlord/tenant situation.
Leigh's property management services allowed me to have complete freedom from the responsibility of a rental property.

We had Leigh as our property manager in Monrovia for 4 years. She was incredible. Completely transparent, helpful, and respeonded to all correspondense quickly. I have been renting in LA for 20 years, and she was the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Any time we had an issue with our home, she got it fixed immediately. When we had questions about rent or utilities, she was there for a quick answer. She even set up a portal so we could pay our rent automatically to make our lives easier. We lost her services because the home we rent sold, but Leigh was there for us every step of the way, walking us through the process and assuring us we were OK. Honestly, if you have the chance to rent from Leigh, or list your property, do so. She will help you forget that you are renting, and allow you to simply live your life.

Arroyo and Leigh are the best. I normally find landlords to be distant. They usually come off as only wanting your money and to drag their feet on getting things fixed. Not Arroyo Property Management. Super nice, down to earth and helpful.

I have lived now under the management of Arroyo for 3-4 months in Pasadena and I can assure you it's the worst property manger I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of renting places. Have fun her name is Leigh, she has no respect for her tenants, bulldogs her way around the property, essentially nothing but a school yard bully.
