Laurie Kraemer was a knowledgeable expert and a relentless juggernaut on our behalf. She guided us through the open house prep and provided real estate language interpretations to sift the offers. She helped us through innumerable details such as the dire need for specific smoke alarms and fire department approvals. The journey she traveled with us was long and arduous (contingent sale, close date - changes and last minute delays, lots of minutia questions about P&S agreement, etc.) and she persevered through it all with a positive attitude and kept inquiring with the buyer's agent for status updates and confirmations countless times. Oh, and by the way, she was really nice, pleasant, personable, and caring too. I can't recommend Laurie highly enough.
