I had called in advance to ask a few questions about a current special being advertised….. I spoke with Ivonne She was super friendly and professional, answered my questions….. I ended up calling back a couple times with more questions and again, spoke with Ivonne.
Her super friendly personality, clarity and genuine desire to find me what I was looking for as opposed to a “salesy experience,” was fantastic..
I scheduled an appointment and my wife and I went to the Moreno Valley Jerome’s.
When we walked in, we were immediately greeted…..based on her friendly demeanor, I said “Ivonne?” She said yes and thanked me very much for coming.. In short, we were matter of fact about wanting to look at base price, mid price and highest price to see what was most comfortable.. she suggested trying them all and then looking at the numbers . This was a fantastic no pressure manner of presentation because we had no monetary bias and no pressure from her..
My wife and I ended up selecting a fantastic midline mattress with an amazing MASSAGE CHAIR included for ZERO DOLLARS.
Ivonne’s sales delivery is personal and knowledgeable, her personality was personable and not agendized…..
Clearly, the business and personnel are there to make money but this experience felt more like she was genuinely trying to make our sleep time fantastic.
Thank you Ivonne and the several other super friendly people who assisted in the purchase process too.

I met by the door immediately,service with a smile for sure. I was shown all my options that I had to choose from, i was shopping for a recliner, salesman was very informative helpful and kind. So far I'm not too happy with the service here, there was an issue with an order I placed. I ended up getting one full bed w/ frame and box, another one for a twin bed. And I had to return another bed, that was for a twin XL, that they specifically told me was going to fit in a twin bed, turns out not to be accurate. This happened yesterday, some of the ladies from customer service have been helpful, but when trying to figure out my refund and answering questions not so much. I was told they would call me back yesterday and they didn't, I called back today, to ask about my refund and more questions I want to ask and they said I would get a phone call soon, it's 7pm now, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt to call me back. I would just like to add that the delivery guys were very professional and they did the white glove service perfectly.

We were in the store in Moreno Valley. Our salesman was Bryan and he was terrific! No pressure, he let us shop for a period, came over and asked if we needed help!
