We absolutely loved working with Lydia to sell our Thousand Oaks home! We did extensive research on realtors that had success in selling homes in our area and Lydia's experience stood out! Selling my mother's home after her death was a difficult task. We were emotional about it all to say the least. Thankfully, Lydia and her team were not only understanding of how hard it was for us, they went out of their way to support our wish to have a memorial gathering at her home in the middle of the process.
And because I had never sold a property before I really needed to lean on their expertise. All questions were answered quickly and everyone was readily available and happy to assist.
As there were repairs and updates that needed to be done, it was amazing to have all the resources and contacts that Lydia had to do the work. Everyone did a great job and Lydia's recommendations all made sense.

I recommend the Lydia Gable Realty Group for your real estate needs. My wife and I selected Lydia Gable based upon the recommendation of a long-time friend and realtor that did a great job for us with the sale of our home in the South Bay when we moved to the east coast a decade ago.
Lydia was highly engaged and focused during her interview providing practical advice on enhancements to get my father-in-law’s house ready for listing. Her designer, Sue, did an awesome job in the selection of about 20 items for the updating including bathroom cabinets, mirrors, faucets, lights, paint colors and more. Lydia’s network of licensed professionals was very helpful since I live 2,500 miles away. I utilized her electrical, plumbing and landscaping contractors – who were all highly responsive, price competitive and great to work with. Lydia’s office manager, Erin, did a great job in keeping me informed and ensuring everything progressed on schedule. The listing date of May 4, which we set two months earlier, was met with everything complete and looking great.
I remained on the east coast throughout the updating, marketing, and closing date as I had continuing confidence in Lydia and her team’s oversight of the property and the process thru the sale date. I highly recommend the Lydia Gable Realty Group.
