My A/C went out at Summer's end, and after one call, a technician was scheduled to come to my house, and Deanna loaned me a portable air conditioner the following day. It kept my upstairs cool while sleeping, and took the edge off each day until my A/C was repaired. Even their contractor was first-rate. The part came in on a Thursday, I couldn't meet him Friday due to a last-minute glitch, so he came out and did the 30 minute repair on Saturday afternoon. Top-notch service from top to bottom; I recommend them to anyone who wants a property management team that cares.

My wife and I lived at APM’s Stewart Meadows property in Medford for over a year and absolutely loved it. In the time we spent living there, we got to know Martha and the rest of the crew really well; they always stayed in touch with various, comical, communications and updates! Paying rent is easy, their rental contract is straight forward and simple and renting from a local group who understands the community is unbeatable. I had been a renter for almost 15 years straight before buying our house and if I had to do it again, I’d go through APM first. You won’t find a more personal, professional and honest rental group in Southern Oregon.

I have been renting from APM for 3-4 years now, I have moved from property to property with them as well.

I do find them nice people I don’t mind supporting them. They have a new person Martha who I find has high integrity and is delightful... she is the asset the team needed.

Obviously i will rent from them again.

Had a showing for one of their properties and, despite the advertised community pool being non-existant (apparently has been gone for 2 years), we liked the place and decided to apply.

Paid the $80 in application fees and tried to call to add a cosigner to our app the same day and the following day, there was no answer and no call back. Received a denial via mail based on credit two days after applying called AGAIN about a cosigner option, still never received a return call. I've left multiple messages since the property is still available but still no call back, it's been over 2 weeks.

In short, basically threw $80 out the window and into their pocket. My property sure got managed.

This rental company rented to me house that was for sale without telling me. After moving into the house I had move out within just Whena few months with minimum notice. Additionally they left me paying the water bill for a water line line that broke on the property, the left me with having to pay $800 water bill even though I contacted them immediately about the issue and that the issue was a problem with the the property and had nothing to do with me. This company has no heart and is all about the money. Souless capitalists. Stay clear of doing business with them. I have talked with a number of other people who had horrible experiences too.
