I worked with the team at Atmore Properties representing a buyer in a transaction where they were the sellers. The team (specifically Ed!) was a joy to work with and made the transaction move seamlessly! Often times when dealing with an entity seller, it’s hard to get in touch with people to completed required documents timely. Ed and the team at Atmore were the complete opposite; he even answered calls/texts on the weekends while on vacation. If given the opportunity, I would definitely love to work with them again!
