I’ve been working with Keyrenter as my property manager for the past 8 months. Moving from San Diego, I wanted to keep my home there in hopes of returning one day in the future so they assigned Reza to oversee some renovations that I wanted done which he managed the project well in my absence. They then listed the property and got a great renter in there quickly after renovation. I’ve been impressed with their communication all along the way.

If you looking for a professional and reliable property manager or if you looking for a house to rent, I strongly recommend Keyrenter San Diego. I had bad experiences before with property manager and it was a God send when I found them. Fara and Reza are the strong hold of the company. They are pleasant caring and truly professional individuals and both go out of their way to make sure you find good tenants. And if you are looking for a home to rent they will turn stones to get you a home that will fit your needs. I have call them with questions related to my properties in several occasions on weekends and holidays & they have been there to resolve any rent related issue. My tenants talk very highly of them as well. I give Fara and Reza and all the support staff a strong 5 star rating.

The 3rd time is REALLY the charm. I have finally found a property manager who truly cares about my home and interests. Fara & Reza came to visit me for an interview with them. And truly, it was like a visit with good friends. I felt instantly comfortable & at ease with them. They were kind & gracious, took the time to examine my home for what it needed, walked the neighborhood with me, the clubhouse, and pool area. Fara holds in person showings, meets the tenant, talks to previous owners, and gets a 5 year rental history. She wasn't even my property manager yet, but she cared enough to take the time to check my home on her way to another property, and let me know packages were sitting outside the front door. I have done A LOT of research on property managers. Don't bother calling anyone else- believe me, I know.
