It's a medium size park. Has a playground around the mid part, baseball field at the back, and an equestrian on the side. The parking lot can fit about 20-30, though I will count them tomorrow and edit. Great park for families, small events, and good trucks are there daily, but more on the weekends.

If you like horses, this place is perfect for you to go on weekends to ride a horse, there is also a very large park perfect for children to play and if you prefer to just relax for a moment you can distract yourself watching the beauty of horses who arrive at the place.

Avacado Heights Horse Trails Are NOT being kept up.They Look unsafe , Terrible, Now the Rain NO Sandbags.I Have NOT Seeing any kind of Maintenance in the Area at all.

Relaxing community, depending what your into, Avocado, Heights offeres all from hiking, horse back riding, bike riding city offeres challenging hills. I personally enjoy watching the cowboys or Rancheros train their horses awell as the Roosters singing at 4am.

Park is ok. A bit rundown but full of culture you can say. Neighborhood is bordering an industrial area so you can usually find lunch trucks parked and ppl having lunch. Place to ride your horse. On any given day some dude selling boots.

It's a really nice park. It's pretty small but it has everything you could need. There's often music on weekends which is nice. You can also see people bring their horses here. There's the playground for the children. Plenty of seating as well. The parking is small but the park is never too crowded.

Bathrooms were closed and that was around 6pm. Kids were having practice and couldn't use the rest room. It was nice to see the horses running around. Some people were passed out by the playground and no they were not napping either.

Very clean park ... nice for party , picnics or just chill out... you can find beautiful horses here and mini ones for the kids to ride for only three dollars .. on Easter is a big party people bring music and is a very great time ..
