They started this complex on 12/14/2017 with the initial grading of the property. Building 1 (of 3) opened in late 2020. Building 2 is finally near completion and the lights are on (for security purposes obviously). Building 3 is still being worked on inside and has a long way to go. The proposed bank (N/E corner) and proposed restaurant (S/W corner) have walls up and rooftops but are far from being completed. The retail shops that are supposed to go up at the S/E corner haven’t even been started. This is one of the longest, most drawn out developments I’ve ever seen. It’s September 2022 and with the economy heading back down the toilet, this project most likely won’t be finished for another 2-4 years. Sad.

05/07/2024 - I called it! NOTHING has changed! Still ‘working’ on the same structures, no new retail, half the lot remains dirt. Going on SEVEN YEARS. Probably related to the same yahoos who have milked taxpayers for the Fresno bullet train LOL.

01/04/2025 - Same as above. No new retail, still dirt with pipes laying around. Can’t wait to see how 2026 plays out. Ha!

This place is nearly complete. The Beaver Urgent Care of Beaumont is supposed to be moving here as the primary tenant. I'm excited to see what else will be here.
