Great place to live at. Been here since 2015 and don’t have any complaints. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues we might have. Property is always very clean and well maintained. Excited for the new upgrades on the property. (The bonus) Love the fact that during certain holidays they love to get the kids involved. Easter we have a big Easter egg hunt and my kids love it. Halloween they give out goodie bags to the kids. Overall we love living here.

This is a hidden gem apartment complex!!!!
Upon moving in a few years ago, my apartment was beautiful!! The walls had fresh paint and the flooring was nicely done. The whole apartment was very clean. This apartment complex takes care of their units.
My neighbors are all very nice. The staff here are very friendly and know us by name. The maintenance men are hard workers and very responsive! I am so thankful for all the workers here.
Some apartments have carpet. I have hard wood style for my flooring (which I absolutely love !!) The apartment overall is a good size and very cozy. It's easy to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
We are walking distance to the sports park and the grocery store is just down the street. You can walk to the store if you wanted to!!
I am thankful for this apartment complex and their high professionalism and pride in taking care of the facility and the people.
If you are looking for a place to call home, definitely check it out.

Great place to live at. Property is well maintained and always clean. Staff is so friendly and they take care of any problems you might have right away. Excited for the new upgrades on the property. One of the other great things it comes with Appliances. Stove, Fridge, dish washer. It’s also Kid friendly! Comes with a pool and a park as well as a basketball court for kids to enjoy. We have been here since 2015 and don’t have any complaints. Recommend it for sure.

I love living here at orchard park apartments. Its been 4 years since we moved it. It’s very quite no one disturbs you. My neighbors are amazing very friendly some other people not so much. The apartments are pretty big for what your paying for. Everyone looks out for each other. Cops are onsite when something look suspicious. Maintenance men are so friendly and caring for the residents on site. Apartments are very clean. Only thing I hate is that the owners of pets don’t pick up there dogs poop. And some children are playing around cars without supervision of a parent. I hate that there’s not assigned parking for a port. I parked under a port. And this one lady keyed my car because she thinks it’s her parking when it’s not. So I reported it to the cops. Other then that I love it they also do Halloween bags and Easter egg hunting for the kids on those holidays it’s super thoughtful.

This apartments have a very Nice park right behind them where I go to watch the grandkids cheer! Bathrooms are ok I have seen better. The trash is kept up and there was TP in the stalls, great lighting for night time activity. Be careful while running in the field your foot could slip into one many holes. We call them "ankle breakers" none the less it's a park what more do we need.

JESUS through me have lived here at Orchard Park twice ! From Jan. 2007-2014 and then GOD called me to the Christian ✝️ Mission field from 2014-2019. And GOD allowed to move back to Orchard Park Apartments Nov. 2019 to the present ! My experience living here at Orchard Park has been pleasant ! I appreciate that the management keeps the property welcoming and clean. The management is professional, friendly and helpful. They are efficient and quick with completing service work orders. The neighbors are nice and friendly. It’s been a pleasure to live here at Orchard Park Apartments !

I have been here since 2014 and it’s a great place to live. The office staff is always friendly and available whenever I have any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also great! They’re always quick to fix anything I need help with.
