I was in search of someone who knew the area of Banning and Beaumont for a new build. I found Ben on TikTok (his videos are awesome) he speaks Spanish, was super helpful, always responsive and on time. He got us in to see the house we wanted early! He answered all my questions promptly and made the process quick and easy. He checked in with us throughout the entire process, then He came with us on our final walk through and helped identify a couple things that needed fixing. My husband and I are now homeowners and are extremely happy with our new house! Ben was everything we wanted in a realtor. I saw him a long time ago on TikTok and I really loved his passion when showing homes. I showed my wife and told her when we buy a home, I want Ben to be our Realtor, he seems like a good person. My instincts were correct because Ben was everything and more! He would also always reach out and follow up to make sure we were able to fix the issue we would ask him about.
