My mother has been living at Cherry Mobile Park for 5 years. It’s a clean and quiet community. Management is friendly and whenever my mother has a problem, day or night, they have been very responsive! One of the workers once even gave her a ride to the supermarket! The team there really goes above and beyond. They even employee a mentally disabled young man. That is a testament to the kind of company that they are. I would recommend them to all my friends. Cherry Mobile Park is run extremely well! I was so impressed by the management during an experience I had with my father. Anything that needed to be taken care of at his place was immediately attended to with a quick response. Excellent customer service and pleasant attitude. The facility is well organized and well run.

Well-taken care of grounds, great office staff and property management. I don't have to worry that my in-laws are not taken care of here. They are well-supported by the friendly office staff and really enjoy living there. Couldn't ask for more!

With any home purchase just make sure you do a home inspection and a termite inspection before making any decisions. Space rent is affordable. This is a 55+ mobile home park where you do not own the land. Don't take what the owner of the mobile home park says for fact without doing your investigations!!

The staff goes above and beyond to help me when I'm in need of something when my family isn't around. The office staff and outside team are dedicated to me and the rest of the people who live here. I can't say enough about living here. I feel safe and at home. This is my home.

I've been doing the yard maintenance at a client's house for about 6 months and the whole time the property management has had 50' mobile home trailers parked in front of several homes and lots of trash piled in the corner... I feel the property maintenance is very poor.

the only positive thing i have seen at this place is Lori, in the office. i have to submit the owner to prayer because he needs it. being cold hearted is not the way to eternal peace in heaven with our lord. ill pray for this entire organization and wish you all well.

My father lived in CMP for several years. The mobile home park is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. My father enjoyed living there.
