These people do not care about anything that is wrong with your house. The property manager came over to my house and was talking bad about me and overheard on my camera. I informed her was very rude and unprofessional to do so, did not hear anything. One of my closets does not have flooring, burn marks on my cabinets, rips all in the laminite flooring, cracked microwave, also mold under the bathroom sink. I have asked for months for my dishwasher to be fixed and the property manager informed the mantience guy on my camera that "I had not asked about it and lived there for 6 months", there is proof that I have asked multiple times about the dishwasher and asked them to fix it. I am finally getting a new dishwasher with 3 MONTHS LEFT ON MY LEASE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Astro manages one of our properties and it’s been a great experience. Our tenants are amazing and so is Astro’s customer service. We’ve had a few hiccups as first timers with a property management company, but we are learning and both the tenants and Astro have been super patient with us. All repair requests are put in and handled immediately. It’s nice for us who have young kiddos and wouldn’t be able to manage our own property. Thank you Astro!

I want to start off by saying as someone who prides themselves in customer service, this company was so personable, kind, quick with responding and made me feel like I was the only client they had. Every question I asked was answered in a timely manner. Processing was quick & updates were given on a daily. The service they provided was a 10/10 and you usually don’t get that anymore. I have been a rental tenet with Astro Property Management for 6 years. This has ben by far the most professional rental company that i have rented from.
Every time i called, e-mailed, or texted a maintenance order someone from the office would respond letting me know who would be contacting me in order to come out to fix the problem. After maintenance left i would receive a follow up call to make sure that the job was completed, i was satisfied, and most important that i was comfortable with the person who was sent to do the job.
( i always have been )
One of the many things that i truly appreciate is that they take the time to answer every question that i have ( i asked a 1000 at least )
It saddens me that i will be leaving them. I am in the process of buying a house. When i told them, they were so incurring and positive.
I highly recommend this company word's alone cannot explain how much i am going to miss them.

I was with Yellow Hammer property management before the owner of my current home at the time was switched to Astro Property Management which turned my life and 2 daughters lives in living HELL! very unprofessional at all time. Starting with Tara, Allison and Erin or however you spell her name! I payed a total of 400 dollars to move in a house literally 3 months ago and had to move out due to Wood Roaches and Mice or Rat infestation at 1009 Starr Avenue Huntsville, Al 35803. I contact them and they advised that the OWNER wanted to release me out of my lease due to myself not being satisfied. But who will be satisfied when the mice or Rats eating your food out of the cabinets and leaving their droppings behind remind you I have a 2 year old daughter and a 6 year old daughter that's staying in that location with me. I was advised by the neighbor once moving in that no one has stayed in the home for 5 years so of course we were the test to see how it will go..... when I noticed the infestation the girls and I would sleep in the same bed due to me not allowing them to sleep alone, one evening we all were taking a nap and WOKE UP TO SCREAMING from my six year old daughter bc a WOOD ROACH flying in the bed with us and land on her pillow I advise the company and sent pictures of every single thing again they ask me to leave and the least I asked of the property management was to give me my deposit back so that I can find somewhere for my daughters and I to go and I was advise its the law to hold the deposit for 60 days after moving out but as a courtesy they will send out within 30days; however, the house is back on the market for rent as of yesterday. I contact the office and she advised we already agreed to 30 days and she didn't want to go back and forth but the rude and disrespectful staff has got me to the point where I want everyone to know my situation to avoid another family running into the same situation with them. be careful is all im saying and they don't give 2 craps about anything not even the fact that they have my children and I living here and there due to them holding my funds for a decision they thought was best, on top of ready to rent them home out to anyone that will take it! NO GOD INVOLVED IN THIS COMPANY AND IF HE ISNT INVOLVED IT WONT WORK OUT! food for thought! I will contact the Better Business Bureau next. I gave them a chance to fix it today and Allison was still SO RUDE!
