We used The Murray Team to sell a family home and unfortunately were very disappointed with Chris Murray as our agent. To begin with the day our listing went viral the property was listed inaccurately (wrong amount of bedrooms and bathrooms). Chris claimed it was our responsibility to have that taken care of with Riverside county records. However, of course he had been at the property and saw for himself exactly how many bathrooms and bedrooms there were. As our listing agent it was HIS responsibility to make sure the property he was selling was accurately listed as soon as it went public and alert his clients of any discrepancies, not the other way around.

The lock box situation became a nightmare as well. A house that sits empty waiting to be sold in the Hemet area is a prime target for crackheads and crime. Any savvy realtor in the area should know that. We asked Chris to make sure the lockbox was in a discreet and safe spot while the house was being shown to potential buyers. He didn't do that and guess what? The lock box was broken into and the keys to the house were stolen. He then expected us to 100% cover the costs of replacing the locks. Wow! Believe me, you don't want to hire this guy.
