Lindsey was called to help us look at a home we saw online. We moved from Indiana to Alabama. Within 2-3 days she became the homes seller also. During this time we thought we were getting someone who would fight for us and have our back. When we viewed the house she couldn’t be there so had her associate look at it. The associate said the home had a garbage disposal and the video of the property said the house came with a repair sink, gas logs for the gas fireplace. Truth is, after closing and upon move in day we had no power and had to stay in a hotel, there was no gas logs, no garbage disposal. Bathroom sink had not been repaired. Each step of the way Lindsey didn’t write up each offer/counter she would text us their counter and our offer without writing it illegally. So each time I would ask her why wasn’t this done she would say, “let me ask the owners” and would never respond again or her favorite statement was, well it wasn’t written into the contract. The last contact I had with Lindsey was to tell her just how unhappy and taken advantage we felt , in which she stated she was “in a puddle of tears” and she would be sending me a gift card to make up for all the out of pocket items we had to pay for…. That was over a mth ago. We saw absolutely nothing and have spent nearly $1000. Fixing items that we shouldn’t have had to fix. She is literally the worst relator I have ever experienced and I flip homes for a living. Run, don’t use her unless your just looking for a cute agent! She had the nerve to ask for a review knowing what she did!! So here you go!!
