Ok, I'll just get straight to the point. Chris is an incredible real estate agent. You cannot go wrong hiring him, but you can go wrong NOT hiring him. He recently sold my family home which my parents purchased in 1950. This was my first time selling a house. He gave me advice and suggestions... which I followed .. and we got MUCH more money than we expected. I credit Chris 100 percent for that. The seller was misinformed by his agent about the date of the home inspection, but Chris navigated those waters effortlessly and was able to continue with the inspection and build a rapport with the seller.

We fully trusted his push for a certain certification even though it could have delayed the process or the seller could have refused. We are so glad we did because the system did not pass and Chris was able to negotiate installation of a new certified system by the seller as a part of closing.

With Chris providing clear communication between us and our lender, we were able to stick to our projected timeline and close in 30 days!

Even after closing, we have remained in contact about our new purchase and Chris is still extending his expertise as we navigate home ownership!
