Management has no idea how their own business runs and doesn’t take responsibility when they are at fault. Tiffany specifically is very unorganized, unprofessional, and only focused on making profits at the cost of her resident’s well-being.

We have homeless/drug addicts living in our pool bathrooms, and their "emergency" service doesn't consider it an emergency. Told me it was MY responsibility to call the police.
Guess if we want to use the pool on a weekend we are SOL.
