Update! Finally reached out and Above and Beyond said, oopsie, we made a bookkeeping error. Said Above and Beyond would fix it but just got the new statement. No credit given for the payment and no late charges removed for the last 8 months of Above and Beyonds bookkeeping errors… is this even worse… admitting the error cause I have documentation but still not doing the bookkeeping correctly? Up one or down one star? I think down…
Original Review: Repeatedly I have asked why cash payment is missing completely as well as why all dates of payments are always off. Every month Billing is always off and no matter how many times I ask to resolve in person (Lisa person is never there) or call ( not one return call) or email… not one single response. The only person that likes the company is the dolt that hired her. I’ve had to go to the state three times to get resolution and this time I will report the HOA once again. It’s on you if you hire them.

If you are looking for a property management company that is professional, competent, responsible, efficient, respects confidentiality, and maintains reliable and respectful communication DO NOT CALL Above and Beyond Property Management in Redlands, California!!!!!
I have been a homeowner at Indian Knolls in Colton, California for 18 years and as of 2018 when Lesa Nason the owner of this business was hired as the property management company for IKAs HOA our community property has not only been poorly maintained but necessary repairs are only done with constant complaints and consistent prodding by the owners.
Failure to maintain a yearly inspection of the fire extinguishers led to six years (2016 through 2022) of putting our safety at risk. Failure to maintain a yearly termite exterminator services has not helped the termite problems! Failure to update IKAs website since 2016 is another unprofessional oversight.
Now the aestheticis of our property is being compromised by allowing tenants to park their oil leaking vehicles in the common parking spaces without any consequences! This is truly an eyesore and of great concern for our property value. Lesa did not even schedule a cleanup. The HOA President put kitty litter on the huge oil stains. No security after July 17,2022! Found out from the Security company. No official word from Lesa on this! If you want to maintain your good payment history on your credit report you must keep vigilant watch over Lesas incompetent and lazy accounting system!
There is also the problem of repairs that have been addressed as being necessary by Contractors that were left off their Bid and Work-order because Lesa Nason directed them to not list them and to only list the repairs that she thinks the HOA is responsible for. When we questioned Lesa as to why the work order was incomplete she stated: "The Contractor did not include those repairs on the work order." She failed to say that she was the one who told the Contractor not to do so!!!
There are other issues, problems and concerns but the bottom line is: Above and Beyond Property Management has been nothing but above and beyond incompetent, negligent and unprofessional!!!

They suck so bad at managing properties. They raise the dues and never get the stuff done that needs to be done and they said they're staff is 3 people, hire more people of you can't manage the correct way with 3 people

Lesa has gone above and beyond for our association. We had a prior company that was lacking. We interviewed Above and Beyond and they took us on. We have been dealing with Lesa since 2018. Our board has learned allot with this company. We appreciate their drive and commitment to our well being. Thank you !

My personal experience with above and beyond property Management owner Lisa has been on a scale of 1 to 10 a 1 this business and the owner lag professionalism in so many ways I would think twice if you were looking for a management company to deal with above and beyond property Management.
