⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We have worked with George & Anne on 3 separate occasions. When we first moved to Birmingham they worked with us through every detail of the home building process which was new for us. They were gracious to answer the 1 million questions we had. 4 years later, we were ready to put that home up for sale and move to Vestavia Hills - there was no question we immediately called George & Anne!! Again, we looked at a lot of houses and they were always right there with us helping us to envision if that was the home for our family or not. They helped us get more than we expected for our home we were selling and purchase our new home for under asking price because they know what they are doing!! We would never choose another realtor. They always go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend!!

George and Anne were so helpful and knowledgable on buying AND selling our homes. George is a repeat performer on helping us buy a home and this was our first time to sell a house. Anne was instrumental in helping stage the house and decide what needed to be done to better highlight areas that made good selling points. Together we had a wonderful opening weekend with over 40 showings and 7 offers. They made the process so easy on us. We may be in forever home now, but if life ever changes we certainly know who we would call to sell/buy.
They are a wonderful team and I give my highest praise to them!

They went above and beyond to make sure we found a home we loved and that was best for us! They don’t put any pressure on us. As first-time home buyers we needed a realtor that would be a trusted partner and walk us through the process. From start to finish that’s exactly what George and Anne Lawton did. They took the time to get to know us on a personal level and truly understand our family’s needs. George was patient with all of our questions and always took the time to make sure we understood the process. There was zero pressure working with George. He was an advisor and coach, not someone pushing for a sale. He would speak up and remind us if we were about to compromise on something we really wanted. Walking houses with George is very helpful. He doesn’t just know real estate transactions. He also understands construction. George was always there to watch out for cracks in the wall, outdated electrical, plumbing issues, etc. he helped us see the things that we didn’t know to look for. Once the contract was signed George made sure all pre-closing items were taken care of promptly so we could close on time. His project management skills kept our stress level low. He’s not afraid to be assertive and we were glad to have him in our court to keep things on track. I could not recommend George more highly.

His knowledge and background in construction was invaluable and he was able to help us navigate some pretty difficult issues in closing, which he was able to smooth out without us lifting a finger. 5 stars, highly recommend.
