You disconnected your phone you fricken weasel our parks cable has been out for a week. The management lied and blamed it on the cable company. They say different... PAY YOUR BILL! You irresponsible POS, we do.
We also have no gate "but payed for remotes ,bathrooms have been infested by homeless, no pool, no clubhouse, no rec room, no exercise rm, laundry rm is unsafe, load motorcycles, load bumping music, speeding, no security, no management available after5, no lighting at night, trashy looking spaces, no rules being informed, and a management that lies to the Tennant's about everything

If I could give less than one star i would! The manager of our community does absoluetly nothing but sit on her but with another manager, in that other managers park!
Constantly tries to over charge, and if you complain they retaliate. Called the main company, said they would send someone else, and some lady wearing a cut off bra shirt greasy hair and no teet came out, and the problem is still not fixed.

Its businesses like this hjat cause such strife in the world today. This is the worst business i think iver ever came across. I have had raw sewage on my yard for a year and it took me getting the environmental department to come here 3 times to get it fixed. My house leaks.i have termites. Theres black mold. Cockroaches. And not to mention rude employees who dont give two rats ass about how people are living. If you care about your sanity and health DO NOT RENT from them. I REPEAT. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVING CROOKSTERS.

There no better than pro management Evelyn Beltran (the manager) olive drive apartments cross street Whittier and olive drive she lies, don't fix things allows drug deals no background check and people that's on parole and probation live on her property.
