Places & Spaces have managed my property for over a year now and have provided outstanding service! While they are a smaller outfit, but in my opinion, they provide customer service on par with or better than any of the bigger property managers around in the area. The tenant recently had a water leak near Christmas and they jumped into action, and were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. Recommended!!

Y'all better check on your homes.

This prop management comp does not do repairs or takes care of mold.
1 person I know has blk mold in their home, they've been trying to get this management comp to deal with it for weeks now (it's everywhere.
Another friend who I know is renting a different unit through this company, their Heater broke 2 weeks ago, and they stopped returning phone calls.

Both are health Hazzards, and are a requirement to be fixed/taken care of within a certain amount of time according to the law

Advised both friends within past few days to contact a lawyer.

But foe those who own the homes going through these guys, you might want to do a property check, and possibly go through someone else.

I had an opportunity to work with the staff at Places & Spaces for a little over a year. Throughout that time the staff had to undergo constant harassment from my ex and each time they handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. The communication between the staff and I was friendly and very responsive to my needs. As a first time landlord, Places and Spaces made the experience a very beneficial. If there comes a time that i will need property management again, I will definitely use their services!! I appreciate all their hard work and apologize for the continued abuse that they have to take as the result of unhappy sadistic people.

I have been a tenant since 1999. Between the studio apartment I live in today and the one bedroom house I lived in for almost 11 years. I don't know any buddy else I would rent from! Kelly Mike and Apryl are just like family to me! If there's ever a problem it usually gets fixed the same day or within 24 hours. Even on weekends they came and fixed something within hours. They are very friendly and extremely Fair! I hope I never have to work with another property management other than them. At any time I would be glad to speak to anybody about how well I'm treated ! I tell you if they don't have the property for you you don't need it!

Best property management I’ve ever rented from. They always call back quickly, whenever we needed something fixed or pest control I always got a call from whoever was coming out the same day, they have a super easy online portal to pay rent, I could go on all day about how well they took care of us. On top of them being a really great property management, they are just really kind and easy to work with.

Places and spaces bought the building I was renting in 2018. At first I wasn't happy about it because new owners usually means a rough transition with new policies. Places and spaces have been nothing but helpful. They try their best to make sure that things are taken care of quick and efficiently. The staff are also great and very friendly.

P&S never disappoints. Their office has a friendly family feel to it. Had some repair issues with a leak and they were right on it getting it resolved and didn’t make me feel like it was my fault. Best property place I’ve ever rented from.
