Iam a current resident at Bella Vista Apartments and have been here for about 6 months .I have had major maintenance requests neglected that i had to either resolve myself or beg the leasing office to send someone to fix it. Our laundry it’s not working it’s has been 2 months we can’t stay here like this ..

I am a resident here. No response from any calls/emails sent to Property Manager Sabrina, or Larissa. Have emailed over seven times. Went to the office in person and was assured that the payment issues would be resolved immediately. It is now a month later and still accruing incorrect charges. The office staff here has been a complete nightmare in response time, customer service and providing adequate needs.

I’ve had a terrible experience with the management and maintenance here. I’ve been dealing with a broken dishwasher for almost a week now, and despite my repeated calls to the maintenance department and leasing office, nothing has been done. The worst part is the rude behavior of the lady in the office. Every time I reach out, I’m met with resistance and indifference. They always say, ‘Oh no, sorry, we’ll take care of it,’ but nothing ever happens. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I really enjoy staying within this community the area is great , everything is walkable . Not to mention the staff ! They are amazing , responsive , considerate & the communication is exceptional ! As a current tenant i’ve witnessed the care for the property which they upkeep , patrol comes through garbage is kept clean and tidy and you don’t have to worry about loud noise after hours .

Terrible experience with the Property and their communication. I was working with Sabrina the manager and at first she was very pleasant. Shortly after I submitted my application, I received one follow up regarding my application and since then I have been unable to get a hold of the office. I had to reach out via email. I asked for Sabrina to give me a call several of times including the Regional Manager and still have yet to receive a call. I have never received this kind of experience with any apartment complex.

I happened to run into one of the maintenance guys and spoke with him regarding the faulty dishwasher that had been sitting there for more than a week. He said he came to examine the issue and confirmed that the part which was defective was on order. One hour later he came knocking at the door to inform me that there is a good working dishwasher in the stock room. He brought the Dishwasher upstairs and removed and replaced the non-working dishwasher with the good one. He was on top of it and completed the replacement service request.

I have lived here four months and after two months of living in my apartment, I found what was obviously black mold, when contacting management, they denied being molded and refused to even have it tested, they offered to simply have the maintenance man come and clean it, I had to come out-of-pocket hundreds of dollars to have it tested myself to find out it was indeed black mold… Even then they
refused to take any action until I got code enforcement involved.. I had to leave my apartment because of the black mold my apartment was red tagged, they did not offer to relocate me to another apartment or pay for me to stay in a hotel, which is what they are supposed to do by law, they were served with paperwork by code enforcement to pay for my relocation even then they refuse to give me a dime… They have never once asked how me and my children are doing or offered any kind of assistance, even though this was completely their fault I was even told by the professional, I hired and other professionals that it is very obvious they painted over the mold before me moving in nor was I refunded for spending my own money on having the mold tested, my apartment has been in shambles for six weeks now putting me and my kids into homelessness, stay far away from Bella Vista they have zero concern for resident, safety, and well-being! They did not even start working on my apartment until they were ordered to do so by enforcement which I had to call on my own, These people have made me homeless and made my life a living hell,avoid !!!
