From the very start the Project Lola development on Calle Cartagena, Formentera del Segura has been a disaster for the local residents. The noise and dust pollution caused by the builders has been horrendous with no concern for people who already live there. The street has been commandeered by the builders and filled with building materials and skips leaving most of the residents with nowhere to park in front of their own homes. Now to make matters worse they are demolishing walls in the development making a Saharan sand storm pale in comparison. Patently something is very wrong with the development when all the walls are being demolished to expose the concrete supports, but when we ask we are told a pack of lies. If I had been unfortunate enough to put a deposit on one of these so called "luxury" homes and seen the quality of workmanship I would be screaming down the phone to my solicitor to get my money back.

Moje doświadczenia z Bellahouse były wspaniałe do momentu zapłaty ostatniej transzy i przekazania nam domu. Od tego momentu, czyli od grudnia 2022r. rozpoczęła się walka z usuwaniem usterek. Do dnia dzisiejszego (09.10.2024) nie zostały jeszcze wszystkie usunięte.

Ondoorzichtig, onbetrouwbaar en niet professioneel. Duidelijke antwoorden op vragen over een overeenkomst krijg je niet en benodigde stukken krijg je niet of niet op tijd. Als de deadline is verlopen is nog steeds alles onduidelijk of stukken incompleet. Als je dan besluit niet verder te gaan met de koop, ben je je aanbetaling kwijt.
Erg aardig zolang je klant bent, daarna onbereikbaar voor ieder commentaar.

We kunnen niets anders zeggen dan TOP.
Tijdens corona-lockdown super video-rondleiding gehad door Daphne (Bellahouse) en Pascal (Nelemans makelaars) goede uitleg en alle tijd om alles te bespreken.

In augustus de overdracht met een paar kleine aandachtspuntjes die direct zijn verholpen in de volgende maand. We konden zelfs wat meubels wisselen die door Hako interieurs nog dezelfde week geleverd werden.

Echt, het appartementen complex is super afgewerkt. Ons appartement is natuurlijk het mooiste van allemaal 🙂 maar echt alles wat je ziet op de fotos staat er ook echt in. Dus we zijn super blij en enthousiast over het geheel. We kunnen het van harte aanbevelen.
