The worst management company ever. The staff will ignore phone calls and emails with 0 response. The manager is does not exist. If you need help or have questions, don't waste your breath. My AC broke and I have some issues with my unit and I have no one coming to help fix the problems- while living in Florida, my house is now over 90 degrees. The staff cannot get ahold of their contractor, they do not care. The staff will purposely not respond to emails and will decline your call or hang up on you.

Placed a false amount of an owed balance for an apartment that I rented from them from 2015-2018. They gave me my security deposit back and now it's on my credit report that I owe a balance? Do not rent from these people. They are unorganized and unprofessional.

Whatever you do, don't rent ANYTHING here! Slum lord management in the highest degree! I've seen some things that would make you hurl chunks! The pool, spa or clubhouse has never been opened for three years and the association allows the residents to be harrassed by Ashley towing who last summer towed so many residents cars, I couldn't even wrap my mind around it!

It seems as though the security guard points out residents cars to tow. I'd advise you guys to definitely look somewhere else! Rent at your own risk!

This is the worse company that anyone can deal as a tenant. I will encourage anyone to never ever rent any property from this company. They will ripped you off, and the staff is so incompetent. We moved to Florida from another state, and since we got to Florida dealing with this company it has been a nightmare. The house was not ready, no air conditioning, no stove, no refrigerator, no carpet. We had to go to a hotel and paid like $400.00 till that house was ready. Out of that $400.00, this company only reimbursed $126.00. After that, someone broke in to the house. I called them to report the crime to them. Not once, and no one asked how we were doing. All they asked was for the police report to confirm that In fact someone broke in to the house.
