It is a great, brand-new building with beautiful interiors, very modern but tastefully designed. It has been a great experience living here, and the staff members are very kind and supportive of the residents' needs. The environment is also very clean and quiet.

I recently moved to Artisan Crossing in Belmont from San Jose in February 2024 to be closer to my family. I am extremely pleased with my experience so far. Given how new the apartment complex is, I haven't experienced any issues. The minor concerns I did have were promptly and efficiently addressed by the leasing office. The overall atmosphere at Artisan Crossing is chic, calm, and very pleasant. The staff in the leasing office is friendly and welcoming; they know me by name and make me feel truly at home. I highly recommend moving into Artisan Crossing. The appliances and amenities are top-notch. I've hosted parties for friends and family on the rooftop and appreciate the private office space for working from home. It’s a 10/10 all around.

My husband and I have lived here a few months, and we have had the best experience. From the leasing process which was a breeze thanks to Mario! The entire team is so incredibly nice and welcoming. Maintenance is spectacular Alejandro is the best. They respond quickly and are so helpful. We couldn’t be happier here, so glad we made the move here!

I have been a tenant at Artisan Crossing since 2023. We had the opportunity to tour the units with Mario, the leasing agent, who was very informative during the tour. We visited over ten complexes before making our decision, and after receiving a second tour from Erika, we signed the lease same day!

We have now been living here for a few months and love it here… I might add that the amenities are amazing! Mario and Maria have been exceedingly accommodating to all of our requests. The maintenance manager, Alejandro, has even arrived to address any problems the same day. I can go on, but to summarize, it’s a great complex that is extremely well taken care of, with a great team and great amenities!

We have been living here for the past three months. The property is wonderful clean, quiet has many great amenities such as a gym, meeting rooms, pool, jacuzzi and a huge yard with beautiful fountains and a fireplace.
We love it here. And most important the all the STAFF are awesome very helpful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable.
We are lucky to live in such a beautiful property!
