If I had read all the previous one-star reviews, I could have saved myself some time from dealing with them. Their website lets you schedule a virtual tour, where an agent is suppose to hop on a call and show you the apartment. No such thing happened. I even got automated text messages asking me to respond to confirm I will still show up. I did so, and no one shows up and no one answers their phone.

Surprised by all the negative comments. I was treated well in the initial rental shoeing and paperwork process. I have had two maintenance issues and they were handled promptly and professionally.
