It has to be the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Full size washer dryer and the views are beyond compare. I had great neighbours for the two years I lived. The property management is courteous, polite and very customer friendly.

BUT the best thing about this is has to be the On Site Maintenance. You make one complaint and it’s resolved the next day, absolutely stellar. Rolando is just amazing.

Living here has been an amazing experience! The building is well-maintained, quiet, and has everything we need to feel comfortable. One of the best parts is having Rolando around—he’s always ready to help with any issues in the apartment. Rolando has been outstanding in all his maintenance and repairs of my apartment. Recently, he fixed the handle to a toilet and a bathroom faucet. The toilet handle was loose and about to break. The faucet was leaking at the base. They are both completely repaired! I requested an exterior repair because the light near my apartment was dim and flickering. Not only did he fix that light so that it is now constantly bright, he also identified another light with a problem and fix that light at the same time! He is just wonderful! An amazing asset and resource for all the tenants residing in Belmont Terrace.

I had an amazing move in experience at Belmont Terrace. The leasing team especially Rimi and Joie were responsive and super helpful right from the start. They were prompt in answering all my questions and providing necessary directions during this time. There were some minor repairs that were needed and maintenance arrived soon after a request was initiated. I hope to have a uniform experience throughout.

I went for a self tour today and Rolando from Belmont Terrace gave me a tour of the building. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. His customer service was more then excellent and it certainly encourage me to be interested in becoming a tenant. Thank You Rolando!

If you are going to live in this place you have to check if Rolando is the one taking care of the building because he is the most nice and gentle I have ever seen in all places that I lived, he’s working hard and never did nothing with laziness, he is the one to trust and if you need help he will be there for you, I live here for over 5 years and I’m sure I can say about it. Thanks Rolando you are the best.
