Drew was incredibly generous with his time, always available when we needed him. He has an great go-getter attitude and good energy—whether it was rushing to a property on short notice to check something out or jumping on a hour-long late-night Zooms to walk us through complicated disclosure packets and the mechanics of making an offer, he was always there to guide us.
One of the more helpful things he did was follow up with inspectors on our behalf, recording their conversations and sending them to us while we were busy at work.
His knowledge of home upgrades and costs was very helpful for making quick decisions as to whether a particular would be one that could work for us. He continued to help us after the purchase, connecting us with contractors to quickly address items from the disclosures.
He made the home buying experience significantly less stressful. We would definitely work with him again.

Drew helped my brother & I sell our family home, The home that we were raised in, which was my grandmothers house who'd recently passed away. It was very emotional for our family & Drew went above & beyond in helping us through the process. He connected us with his construction contacts. They did a great job with the upgrade @ a more than reasonable price. He saved us a lot of money. He also managed much of the construction process. He would help with clean up @ the end of the day or planting new flowers & plants on the weekend. Not only did he come by the house daily, he was in constant contact. He'd call us in the evening to chat & ask if we needed anything. He quickly became our friend. When it came time to sell, we sold for much more than we anticipated. It was impressive watching Drew through this whole process. It is clear that he is passionate about his job & taking care of his clients is his top priority.
After the house sold (i'll keep it short, because I can go on & on about how impressed I am). I was looking to buy a new home. We made an offer on a house in my dream location on the coast. It had a lot of interest & 10 offers were made on this house. I'd known Drew for 6 months @ this time. In this short time he'd sold my family home & now was trying to find get me my dream home. I never imagined that I'd get this house but this he where Drew truly shined. He rolled up his sleeves & went to work. He got me house & I get the keys next week.

This most recent home buying experience was our second time working with Drew on the buy side. My wife and I were incredibly particular about what we were looking for in a second home, and our journey to find a forever home lasted 9 months in total.

Drew’s passion for helping us find the right home was the same on Day 1 when we met to walk through three open houses as it was on the day that we closed.

As a peninsula native, no one knows as much about real estate in Redwood City and San Carlos as Drew which is where our home search was focused. He spent countless hours on the phone with us and walking through homes together to uncover our likes and dislikes. He devoted considerable time and energy into getting to know what we were looking for and previewed countless homes on our behalf. He brought us off-market opportunities that others did not have access to, nearly all of which ended up selling for significantly over asking once they hit the open market. Together, we crafted and executed a plan in terms of budget, neighborhood, walkability, proximity to downtown, schools, backyard, square footage, style, etc. We constantly pressure-tested our home buying plan, and explored every opportunity in a challenging market with limited inventory.

We were never pressured to make an offer on a home, nor to up an offer beyond the value we had placed on the home to us. Drew served as a trusted advisor and sounding board with respect to each home that was seriously considered.

We experienced the difficulties of making competitive offers that were not ultimately accepted. Drew kept us apprised and informed throughout the offer and negotiation process, and was not discouraged even when the outcome was not as we had hoped. He kept us positive that an opportunity that was the right fit for us would arise.

Drew asked us to walk through the home that we ended up purchasing with him, and it immediately felt like the right fit despite the fact that we had overlooked it ourselves. The time we had all devoted to the process had paid off, as he was able to correctly identify what we were looking for. We were under contract the next day, and are thoroughly enjoying life in our new home.
