I met Marybeth while my wife, my siblings, and I were loading a U-Haul truck with my mother's personal belongings and furniture in a move to her new assisted living facility in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Marybeth has a client interested in renting in my mothers Condominium complex and she inquired about our intentions for the unit. Though that tenant did not lease the unit, Marybeth found us a contractor for a needed remodel, was our eyes and ears in the remodel project and our listing agent for the eventual lease of the condo. Upon my mother's death, I called Marybeth for the listing, then sale and quickly a closing. The entire experience was "Stellar"!
