I am moving to a property managed by this company, and I am having the WORST move-in experience. During the pre move-in inspection, not all information was provided— including some of the most important information as to how I move-in (loading area, which elevator to use, etc) and where the F#^* is the parking and how do I access the parking!!!! I had to keep on asking for all that information!!!! This is literally the WORST move-in experience I have had!!!!

Update: I changed my review to a 4 star from the original 1 star because the management showed how much they care and they also helped me with my moving-in, specifically Steve and especially Dien. I give Dien personally a 5+! I learned later that a lot of issues were because of the HOA of the property I was moving into. Also, the lady who did my move-in inspection definitely can improve!
