Working with Action Properties has been nothing but hassle free and pleasantly transparent with my moving concerns and process. Property Manager Terry has been more than helpful and amazing with the tour he had provided me as he was very knowledgeable about the unit I was interested in. He made himself available and spoke with kindness, as he knows for renters who are searching for a new home, it is a very stressful process. He was super informative and made my search for a new home very easy.

As for the application process, he was very much available and did his absolute best to provide such excellent service. Being in contact with someone this reliable is very reassuring as I know my needs and concerns about my new home will receive the proper attention needed.

Looking for a new place to live had never been so easy to do without the help of Action Properties and Terry. I know others will also experience the same! 🙂

Excellent management for a Mountain View condo. Terry is responsive throughout the year and the team works well to handle maintenance in a timely manner.

Terry and Stephen turned around the property exceptionally quickly this year, after a tenant vacated - finding a tenant within 2 days of the previous lease ending, and going above and beyond by working overtime to process the new tenants!
