He has been extremely diligent to the needs of tenants and makes great suggestions and advice to the owners. Given the current economic situation, he is on top of many of the market dynamics and does due diligence to get best for the owners and best value for tenants. Highly recommend the service. Probably one of the worst management companies I've had to deal with. Some of the biggest issues were:
- Lack of response/communication
- Unwillingness to resolve maintenance requests
- Refusal to refund payments

The most frustrating part was dealing with their delays. When I'd call, I'd get transferred multiple times to a voicemail line. When someone finally answered, they deflect responsibility to someone else. Following up with these people are a headache, and it shows in their lack of actions/responsiveness.

I would definitely try and stay away from this property management company, they are one of the worst nightmares I've had to deal with ever since living in the Bay area.
