I was born and raised in Benicia and recently moved back to help my parents. When they passed away, I needed to find a home for me and needed to sell their home. I chose to work with Kathleen Olson who I have known my entire life. I am extremely pleased with her service. She is very professional and experienced and she knows the area well. Kathleen's patience is incredible. We looked at several houses over numerous months before I found the one to buy. Once I found the house, I had a number of inspections done to be sure it was for me. Kathleen stood by me the entire time and helped me understand the reports. She was with me to the end.
Once I purchased my home, Kathleen marketed my parents house, where I grew up. It was a very emotional time but Kathleen was very caring and helped me work through it. There were some issues that could have scared a buyer away but Kathleen and I met with the buyers, their Realtor, and an engineer chosen by the buyers and we discussed what could be done. By doing this the buyers felt comfortable purchasing the house and the sale went through. The buyers could have walked if this meeting wasn't initiated by Kathleen.
Kathleen is professional, experienced, patient, honest, positive, caring and a wonderful listener.
I would highly recommend Kathleen Olson to anyone in the market to purchase or sell a home. I would definitely use her services again.

Kathleen was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When I first decided to list my home, she came and walked through it, then gave me a detailed folder including information about other properties in my area similar to mine and what they sold for or were listed for. Using that information, we came up with the asking price. My home sold in 4 days for just over the asking price and she continued to be ready, willing, and available whenever I had a question or was trying to make a decision. I highly recommend her - she made what could be a high stress situation easy and doable.

We are getting ready to list our townhouse for sale. We had heard good things about Kathleen from a neighbor. We called on the 7th of August and spoke to someone in her office that we would like to talk to her about listing our property and left our name and number. We were told that she had left the office for the day and would contact us over the weekend. 5 big days later we never have heard from anyone in her office. Think of that when you decide to let someone sell your most valuable asset.

First off, I am in desperate need of a place to live. Talked to the most rude individual at this business a few days ago (and I never got his name because he yelled at me as soon as he answered the phone). He made me feel like my call and needs were unimportant. I called the office multiple times because I got no response from my voicemail earlier and this is an urgent call because I need to find a place to live. Instead of helping me in a nicer manner, told me to STOP CALLING and NOT TO CALL AGAIN and that someone would get to me eventually. I didn't mind the answer, he just sounded very irritated with me and did not have the type of customer service he should have. And why wouldn't you answer the phone the first couple of times in the first place? What kind of person just allows the phone to ring when they are sitting right there? I have had a couple days to think about this situation and it makes me second think even wanting to continue with any kind of renting due to the possibility of this guy answering the phone again. He made me feel like I was messing up his day or something. I am giving 3 stars actually 2.5 stars because of this guy. Everyone else is amazing that I came into contact with very nice and helpful!
Update: They never called me to tell me the status of my application.. Glad I'm not dealing with them, so unprofessional!!
