Phil was very rude at showing of a recent property.I was told of an eviction on my credit report.I have never been evicted. It was ok with the denial to lease the property but he couldn't tell me any info about eviction.apparently he checked the court's records according to Tebant Alert..I trued to talk with him and he Was very snappy with me.
I didn't disrespect him in any way and he just didn't want to hear any parts of what I had to say.I have rented with them before but with Laura.who is very knowledgeable about her properties.I I had been dealing with Laura I would have given her a 5 even if I didn't get the house.Phil on the other hand a 2.He was rude and snappy at showing,I over heard his response to another who was also looking at same house.
I will resolve the incorrect errorson credit report of an eviction.

I was a good tenant to Laurie Nesci Property Management and never had a complaint. I always paid rent on time. I cleaned up the property and left the place better then how I received it. The landlord gained more from the upgrades I have provided and has profit off of it! I know I did not have too but I was going to be there for a long period of time. It was hard not to fix up the place specially the way it was.
From day one I had an issue. They had someone watching me and accusing me of breaking contract. Instead of asking questions they told me that I had to move. It was over a dog which I saw and took to the shelter because it was lost. I asked why I was being watch and the dog was never near my home. After, I proved that I did not break contract I was able to stay. No apologies but very rude. That was already a bad sign but I was already in contract. I complied when they wanted to walk and they never had an issue. I did show them all the issues but they were brushed off.
They never fixed the windows or maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. It was so bad the neighbor's top closet floor fell through and they basically put it into the neighbor's responsibility. Two neighbors were fed up and moved.
You will end up fixing it yourself and will not get reimbursed. Their saying is, “It was your choice to fix it”. They are the worst company I have rented from. They do not communicate with you and won't answerer any of your questions. When you do speak with them they get very defensive and rude. And they do not hold up to what they say. No matter what proof you have they will not hold up to their end. The reason I did stay was because of the area and thought I would just deal with it. Not a lot of places to rent.
When I finally left it was another bad experience. Be aware of this company! They did steal my money! Even when you have proof of this they still will not honor what was actually written. All I received was, "I apologize I was not clear". They had enough time to clear up the question and issues but never talk to me. Very confused why they did not clear it up and follow their guidelines. They made a mistake and you will have to deal with it. They are very dishonest people that I was fooled by. They did not follow the Solano Associate of Realtors ethic guidelines! I have tried to reach out and the only way I can reach them was through email. They knew they made a mistake all I got was an apology but not my money. I am not the only tenant that feels this way and I do want others to not have that same experience that I have had. Times are tough but people should not be treated that way. They do not have that good faith or good ethics!
My advice renters beware of them. Do not do anything extra or fix anything in the home. This is what they want you to do so they can charge the next renter more money for your work! It is a really old place and constantly needs work. The foundation is sinking and bad ventilation! As for communication, I can’t help with that. They will found a way to scam you out of money! So be careful renting out to them. They do not follow their own guidelines or what they give you in writing. You just can’t help dishonest people! Don’t be fooled when they tell you that they care and hate dishonest people. That’s what they say when you first rent from them! Please be careful and aware!!

BEWARE tenants or prospective tenants- I moved into Clipper Cove Apartments and rented for over two years and paid rent on a timely basis and received a letter from the property management confirming my rental payments on time and in full.

I paid over $26,000.00 in rental payments and they have kept my deposit.

THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY KEPT MY DEPOSIT! Apartment was spotless! Property managed for BRIAN HARKINS in BENICIA CA.

Property Mgmt sent me a deposit transmittal for re-painting my apartment after living there for two years. FYI-after renting anywhere for two years it is in violation of California Tenant Law. After 2 years the re-painting is on the Landlord not the tenant.

I am planning on Small Claims Court and will keep the posting updated on the progress.

I have made multiple phone calls to property owner and BRIAN HARKINS will not even return a phone call.
