Saw a review with a one star! And I totally agreed with her/him. And Im glad I’d didn’t get through with them. The whole process was unorganized and full of shady piece of garbage. Heck they don’t deserved a full star. Went all out tried to have my documents on time like what they would always say in their email to speed up the process. Ive tried calling the phone number listed on their website. No answer. Left messages no responses until I got an email the next morning saying my application was declined because of my credit scores( never asked if I have a co-signer) and lack of income verification. What else were you guys expecting for income verification My income was all there I even had my employment verification. I even sent in all my pay stubs from back in 3 months to current. The thing with these people they only look at the numbers not all the details. Once they see a 550 credit score its automatically denied. But never take the time to look at every details where my credit score is improving from 395-550. Oh well their loss. Been renting at our current address for 10+ years and never missed or late a rent payment only reason why were moving is that our landlord is moving out of town and needed to sell the property. Wasted my $50 to paid for their unprofessional and unorganized application and process fees expect a refund from my disputed transaction. Ya don’t deserved a penny from me.

Shanna was a huge help and great to work with. She made the whole process such a breeze. Her showings were amazing and really made us see how we could live comfortably in this new space. She kept us up to date with what was going on with the house paperwork wise and with the process of construction. Her communication was outstanding! The house is beautiful and goes beyond our expectations. Their contractors did an amazing job with sealing all windows, redoing the kitchen and any other repairs we needed to be done.
