Tyler did an absolutely amazing job representing us from start to finish with the sale of our property. He was essential as we prepared the home to be listed. He had local contacts for every job that came up including landscaping, junk pick up, electricians, HVAC, and professional cleaners. Once we were in contract, multiple challenges arose and Tyler advocated for us every step of the way. We found Tyler through an online referral. After contacting him and discussing our needs, he showed us a number of homes which fit our parameters. As those changed, he showed us more homes that fit our expanded needs. Tyler was consistently friendly, thorough, professional, and patient with us throughout the home buying process. As the commission structure changed during our search, he worked with us to clearly explain the new "lay of the land", which was very helpful. He also helped us across the finish line to ensure that both our old home sale and new home purchase transactions were coordinated to close the same day.
